Dr. Poonam Kapoor is the Founder and Trustee of Inner Search Foundation. She is engaged in professional and social initiatives, including efforts towards creating rural livelihoods, sustainable living, and community-based development in Maharashtra. She is also actively involved in developing and running The Confluence – Center for Yoga, Science, and Sustainability, an eight-acre space dedicated to integrated living and learning.

A counselor and practitioner of yoga and wellness as a way of life, she supports research and writing initiatives and has edited several books in Hindi and English. Through her work and writing, she shares insights on conscious living, traditional practices, and sustainable choices, grounded in real grassroots experience.
